THE ULTIMATE SUSPENSION PRODUCT WARRANTY
The Australian Ultimate Suspension Pty. Limited warrants all products marketed under the "Ultimate" brand against defects in material and/or labour as follows:
ULTIMATE SPRINGS
The complete range of leaf springs, coil springs and torsion bars are covered by a lifetime warranty whilst affixed to the original vehicle, with ownership of the vehicle remaining the property of the original purchaser.
ULTIMATE SHOCK ABSORBERS
Aussie Ryder Gas - 24 months from date of purchase
Gibson Ryder Foam Cell - 24 months from date of purchase
AUS Monotube - 24 months from date of purchase
Exclusions: Accessory fittings such as bushes, washers etc.
ULTIMATE SUSPENSION SERVICE
This service is subject to the completion of a Service Record Registration Form and a mandatory safety check inspection, 1,000 km after installation.
IMPORTANT
All Ultimate warranties are limited strictly to the replacement of a faulty product. There is no obligation to replace a pair as a result of the failure of one unit. Cost of removal and installation is not included in the Warranty.
The Ultimate warranties do not include any freight charges.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The provisions of the Ultimate warranties shall not apply to any Ultimate product which has been:
- Fitted on a vehicle for which it is not catalogued or recommended or
- Fitted on a vehicle utilised for racing or competitive purpose or
- Used for any purpose for which it was not designed or
- Altered or subjected to misuse, negligence or accident or
- Improperly installed.
This Warranty Statement is limited to the Ultimate products stated herein and does not extend to cover any other loss or damage whether as a consequence of or arising from any defect or breakage of the products due to any defect in materials and/or workmanship or otherwise.
Subject to Federal or State Acts or regulations, all other warranties, conditions and liabilities on the part of The Australian Ultimate Suspension Pty.Ltd. are hereby excluded and confined to the above Warranty Statement. For any warranty implied by law, the liability of The Australian Ultimate Suspension will be limited to the replacement of products, excluding costs of removing and installing the replacement of products.
